Yes — roughly a third of what leaves the bench is commissioned. Bring your own stone and we will design around it; lead time is usually 6–8 weeks from the first sketch to the finished piece.

Primarily 14k and 18k gold in yellow, white and rose, plus platinum for bespoke commissions. Diamonds, sapphires, emeralds and selected sea-glass and opal. Every stone is documented and fair-sourced.

Every ring is sized for free within the first 90 days. After that, resizing is done in-house at cost. Because we make the bands ourselves, most adjustments take under a week.

Warm water, a drop of gentle soap and a soft brush keeps gold bright. Avoid harsh ultrasonic baths for pieces with sea-glass or opal. We offer free re-finishing of our own pieces — just book a drop-off appointment.

Both. Pieces ship insured and signature-required worldwide, or you can collect from the atelier. Commissioned pieces are always handed over in person — we want to see the piece find its owner.

Of course. We can present any piece in our box with a handwritten note and no paperwork attached. Just mention it when you book or order.
