We roast every Tuesday, to order. Bags rest 4–7 days to peak, then ship within 24 hours — so your coffee arrives between 5 and 10 days off-roast, which is exactly the sweet spot.

Yes — choose a profile (light, medium, dark or mixed) and a frequency (every 2, 3 or 4 weeks). You can pause, swap origins or cancel anytime from a single email. Subscriptions ship free, always.

We publish a brew guide for every origin — ratio, grind, water temperature and a recommended method. Start with 1:16 ratio, water just off the boil, and adjust from there. We're happy to talk technique at the bar.

Very. There's wifi, plenty of outlets, and tables are first-come-first-served. Weekday mornings are the quietest; weekends are busier but friendlier.

We get this question a lot, and yes — our Decaf Reserve is sugar-cane processed (EA) and roasted like any other origin, so it keeps body and sweetness. Ask for it in a flat white and we'll prove it.

Groups of six or more can reserve the long table for up to two hours. Smaller groups are always walk-in. Use the reservation form and we'll confirm by email.
