A business-banking web platform rebuilt for speed, clarity and trust — across 60+ templates.

The brief

Meridian's business platform worked, but every task took four clicks too many. They asked us to make it feel as reliable as the bank itself.

Our approach

We rebuilt the design system from first principles — a restrained palette, dense-but-calm data tables, and a navigation model tested with 60 real business owners. Accessibility was a hard requirement, not a nice-to-have.

The result

Meridian rolled out the platform to 180,000 business customers. Task-completion time dropped by a third, and support tickets about "where do I find…" fell 22%.
